Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and deliver complex technical architectures on the Salesforce/Force.com platform to solve infrastructure challenges.

✦   Directly engage in high-level solutioning and coding to ensure scalability and performance of customer deployments.

✦   Manage engineering pod velocity and quality by collaborating cross-functionally to design, develop, and optimize custom Salesforce applications.

✦   Implement agile methodologies to improve sprint delivery, efficiency, and transparency.

✦   Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance to unblock complex issues.

✦   Act as escalation point for technical blockers and ensure continuous delivery.

✦   Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with TAMs and BAs.

✦   Communicate technical constraints and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

✦   Develop Lightning Web Components and build full-scale applications for customer use.

✦   Work with customers to gather requirements and explain solutions in a simplified manner.

✦   Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and daily stand-ups for the engineering pod.

✦   Drive architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices.

Job Requirements:

✦   Hands-on experience in Salesforce/Force.com platform architecture and development.

✦   Strong ability to design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

✦   Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and team management.

✦   Ability to write and review code including Lightning Web Components.

✦   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

✦   Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.

✦   Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce customization and development best practices.
