Act as a coach and mentor, providing autonomy and support for the team to build impactful solutions. Serve as a bridge between technical and business functions, strategizing and analyzing work that shapes the future of the product and the company.

Job Requirements:

✦   Design and deliver complex technical architectures on the Salesforce/Force.com platform. Engage in high-level solutioning and coding to ensure scalability and performance. Act as a technical lead for high-stakes projects ensuring best practices. Manage engineering pod ensuring sprint velocity and on-time delivery. Implement quality assurance and code review standards. Mentor engineers and resolve technical blockers. Partner with Technical Account Managers and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Communicate technical constraints clearly to stakeholders.
