Job Responsibilities:

✦   Build and manage Salesforce Data Cloud team, overseeing delivery of client and internal initiatives.

✦   Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce Data Cloud solutions including data ingestion, unification, segmentation, activation, and identity resolution.

✦   Define and implement data strategies ensuring data quality, governance, privacy, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA).

✦   Provide technical leadership and guidance on data modeling, integration patterns, and solution deployment.

✦   Collaborate with marketing, sales, service, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Design and oversee integration of Data Cloud with CRM, marketing automation, data warehouses, and external systems.

✦   Design and manage activation workflows into systems such as Marketing Cloud and Agentforce.

✦   Monitor, optimize, and enhance performance and efficiency of Data Cloud implementations.

✦   Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and data flows.

✦   Stay updated with Salesforce Data Cloud features, industry trends, and customer data management best practices.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce data and analytics consulting.

✦   At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration or configuration.

✦   At least 2 years of experience in CRMA or Tableau.

✦   Experience in team management, performance tracking, and professional development.

✦   Strong understanding of resource allocation, reporting, and project operations.

✦   Experience in data modeling and relational database design.

✦   Knowledge of enterprise cloud storage, data replication, and integration middleware.

✦   Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.

✦   Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks is a plus.

✦   Advanced SQL skills are a plus.

✦   Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
