Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

✦   Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architecture and user stories with acceptance criteria.

✦   Lead Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development ensuring performance and quality standards.

✦   Define and enforce DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control using Git.

✦   Guide declarative configuration using Salesforce Flow and other low-code tools.

✦   Manage delivery across multiple workstreams including developers, consultants, and business analysts.

✦   Conduct technical design sessions, estimation, and solution documentation.

✦   Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and platform constraints.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to align architecture with business strategy.

✦   Provide governance through code reviews, performance audits, and compliance checks.

✦   Mentor junior architects and contribute to reusable assets and internal accelerators.

Job Requirements:

✦   11-14 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience with at least 5 years in an architecture role.

✦   Strong experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

✦   Good to have experience in CPQ, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Agentforce, and data migration.

✦   Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration patterns.

✦   Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD and version control (Git).

✦   Salesforce certifications required: Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Certified JavaScript Developer.

✦   Preferred certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, CPQ Specialist, MuleSoft Architect.

✦   Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

✦   Experience in Lead-to-Cash and Quote-to-Cash processes preferred.
