Job Responsibilities:

✦   Updating brand standard records within Salesforce along with Youreka (QA APP) updates to support FDD.

✦   QA Form Updates including large changes to all 96 Youreka form templates and creation of 8 new templates.

✦   Enhancements such as adding new fields, linked questions, and layout changes across templates.

✦   Splitting PIPs and Waivers across categories and updating related views and flows.

✦   Updating flows to set validation logic as per ticket requirements.

✦   Adding new fields and sections for QA PDF including regional customizations.

Job Requirements:

✦   3 to 5 years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components (LWC preferred).

✦   Hands-on experience with Youreka Forms including design, deployment, and troubleshooting.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and process automation.

✦   Familiarity with REST or SOAP APIs and integrations.

✦   Understanding of mobile or offline data sync concepts.

✦   Experience with version control tools such as Git and deployment tools like Copado or Gearset.

✦   Salesforce Advanced Admin or Salesforce Developer experience required.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred.

✦   Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) is preferred.

✦   Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML or CSS.

✦   Experience in service, utilities, or field operations industries is preferred.
