Job Responsibilities:
✦ Manage day-to-day configuration of the Salesforce org, ensuring system stability and data accuracy.
✦ Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and automation tools.
✦ Provide ongoing support to end-users: troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and resolving system errors.
✦ Conduct user training and develop documentation for new processes.
✦ Manage user onboarding and offboarding and ensure correct permission assignments.
Job Requirements:
✦ 3+ years of commercial experience
✦ Understanding of Sales and Service Cloud functionality
✦ Experience with objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules creation and management
✦ Experience configuring automation using Flows
✦ User and permission management experience
✦ Knowledge of data management tools
✦ Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English (B2+)
✦ Experience with integrations with signing tools, CPQ or Revenue Cloud is a plus
