Job Responsibilities:

✦   Analyze requirements and develop technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.

✦   Provide solutioning to meet customer expectations.

✦   Define optimal design and solutions for client requirements.

✦   Deliver requirements within agreed timelines and SLAs.

✦   Drive the team for delivery excellence.

✦   Innovate by conceptualizing new tools and accelerators.

✦   Mentor and guide team members.

✦   Prepare functional designs, perform system configuration, testing, and deployment.

✦   Lead Salesforce projects technically.

Job Requirements:

✦   5-8 years of experience in Salesforce.

✦   Hands-on experience in Apex coding, integrations, customizations, Aura, and LWC development.

✦   Experience in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud configurations and customizations.

✦   Experience with Salesforce declarative tools, reports, dashboards, and integrations.

✦   Experience with Industry Clouds such as CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or others.

✦   Completion of relevant Salesforce Trailheads and certifications.

✦   Minimum 5 Salesforce certifications required.

✦   Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✦   Experience working in Agile environments.
