Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, SOQL, SOSL.

✦   Customize Salesforce using triggers, workflows, flows, validation rules, and process automation.

✦   Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Develop reusable components and follow Salesforce best practices.

✦   Perform unit testing, code reviews, and ensure deployment readiness.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve defects and performance issues.

✦   Work closely with Admins, Business Analysts, and other developers.

✦   Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).

✦   Maintain technical documentation and support releases.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong experience in Salesforce development.

✦   Proficiency in Apex Classes and Triggers.

✦   Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL.

✦   Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce security model including profiles, roles, and permission sets.

✦   Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Change Sets, SFDX, and CI/CD.

✦   Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.

✦   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

✦   Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II and Salesforce Administrator.

✦   Experience with Experience Cloud, Einstein Analytics, and DevOps tools such as Copado and Gearset.

✦   Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

✦   Exposure to large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
