Job Responsibilities:

✦   Analyze requirements and develop technical solutions aligning to Salesforce best practices.

✦   Provide solutioning to customers based on user requirements analysis.

✦   Define optimal design and solution to client requirements.

✦   Deliver customer requirements within agreed timelines and SLAs.

✦   Drive team delivery excellence.

✦   Innovate by conceptualizing new tools and accelerators.

✦   Mentor and guide team members.

✦   Prepare functional designs, system configuration, testing, and deployment of solutions.

✦   Lead Salesforce projects technically.

Job Requirements:

✦   Hands-on experience in APEX Coding, Integrations, Customizations, Development Certifications, Lightning UI Aura Development, LWC Development.

✦   Experience in configuring and customizing Sales Cloud modules including account, contract, lead, opportunity, order capture, forecasting, territory management, reports, dashboards, and CPQ.

✦   Experience in Experience Cloud including portal configurations, onboarding, content management, integrations, and dashboards.

✦   Experience in Service Cloud including case management, CTI integration, omnichannel, entitlements, SLA management, and reporting.

✦   Experience in Industry Clouds such as B2B/B2C eCommerce, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Field Service Lightning, HealthCloud, FinanceCloud, CPQ, Consumer Goods Cloud.

✦   Completion of Trailheads & Badges for Salesforce Industry Clouds.

✦   Minimum 5 SFDC certifications.
