Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and implement tailored Salesforce CRM solutions by understanding clients’ business needs.

✦   Execute system testing, user acceptance testing, and change management to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.

✦   Provide client-facing support throughout the process, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption.

✦   Utilize Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle.

✦   Develop training programs to ensure successful user adoption and long-term usage of implemented solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience working with Salesforce CRM solutions, including designing, implementing, and supporting solutions with LWC and integration experience.

✦   Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

✦   Experience executing system testing, user acceptance, and change management.

✦   Understanding of business analysis and ability to develop tailored solutions.

✦   Experience working within a software development lifecycle.

✦   Exposure to integrating Salesforce CRM solutions with other systems.

✦   Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Familiarity with Waterfall methodology.
