Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and implement Salesforce CRM solutions tailored to client business needs.

✦   Understand client requirements and translate them into system configurations.

✦   Execute system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation.

✦   Support change management and user adoption activities.

✦   Provide client-facing consulting and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

✦   Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies in project execution.

✦   Develop training programs to support end users and ensure adoption.

✦   Support software development lifecycle processes and delivery.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience working with Salesforce CRM solutions including LWC and integrations.

✦   Understanding of business analysis and ability to analyze client requirements.

✦   Experience in system testing, UAT, and change management.

✦   Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

✦   Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes.

✦   Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Integration experience with Salesforce and other systems is preferred.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
