Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and implement Salesforce CRM solutions based on client business needs.

✦   Execute system testing, user acceptance testing, and change management.

✦   Provide client-facing support throughout business analysis, configuration, and adoption.

✦   Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies in the software development lifecycle.

✦   Develop training programs to support user adoption and long-term usage.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience working with Salesforce CRM solutions including LWC and integrations.

✦   Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

✦   Experience in system testing, UAT, and change management.

✦   Understanding of business analysis and client requirement gathering.

✦   Experience working in software development lifecycle.

✦   Exposure to integrating Salesforce with other systems.

✦   Advanced knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC).
