Job Responsibilities:
✦ Work closely with business stakeholders and analysts to understand requirements.
✦ Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
✦ Collaborate with executive leadership and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
✦ Develop solution architecture documentation including technical specifications, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.
✦ Mentor and guide junior architects, developers, and QA engineers.
✦ Conduct technical reviews and provide architectural oversight for multiple projects.
✦ Evaluate and recommend third-party applications and integrations.
✦ Lead technical discovery sessions and requirements workshops.
✦ Serve as subject matter expert for Service Cloud capabilities including case management, knowledge management, field service, and customer portals.
Job Requirements:
✦ Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Senior Technical Consultant.
✦ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
✦ Strong business acumen and ability to translate business processes into technical solutions.
✦ Deep expertise in Service Cloud including case management, knowledge base, omnichannel routing, and customer portals.
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and integration patterns including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
✦ Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and declarative tools.
✦ Leadership experience with ability to influence stakeholders.
✦ Preferred: experience with data migration, ETL, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies.
✦ Required certifications: System Architect, Application Architect, and Service Cloud Consultant.
✦ Experience with Data Cloud, AI, and integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica is advantageous.
✦ Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Details:
✦ Compensation range: $125,000 – $168,000 USD.
✦ Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), parental leave, discretionary time off, wellness programs, tuition reimbursement, and optional benefits.
✦ Travel may be required for client meetings, implementations, and training.
