Job Responsibilities:

✦   Oversee a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration.

✦   Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance delivery efficiency and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle.

✦   Craft comprehensive testing strategies using established quality processes and methodologies.

✦   Define and implement key metrics to manage and evaluate the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution.

✦   Perform independently and become an SME.

✦   Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.

✦   Facilitate the development and implementation of testing strategies that align with project goals.

✦   Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements:

✦   Must have proficiency in Salesforce Data.

✦   Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.

✦   Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

✦   Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies.

✦   Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in quality engineering.

✦   Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.
