Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design Salesforce solutions and create/refine complex data models.

✦   Automate business processes within Salesforce environments.

✦   Act as liaison between customers, vendors, and development teams.

✦   Translate technical requirements into executable plans.

✦   Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and customer requirements.

✦   Develop and validate user stories and process flows.

✦   Participate in customer-facing meetings and provide technical guidance.

✦   Break down roadmaps into epics and user stories and prioritize backlog with stakeholders.

✦   Capture detailed notes and incorporate feedback into deliverables.

✦   Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership.

✦   Mentor other Business Analysts and contribute to process improvements.

Job Requirements:

✦   6+ years of experience in business processes and re-engineering.

✦   5+ years of experience writing requirements using Gherkin method.

✦   3+ years of experience writing user stories in Agile environments.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, LWC, Aura, Tableau CRM).

✦   Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.

✦   Proficiency in MS Office tools.

✦   Experience working in Scrum or SAFe Agile environments.

✦   Strong communication and documentation skills.

✦   Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

✦   Salesforce certification (Business Analyst, Administrator, or Experience Cloud Consultant) preferred.

✦   SAFe certification preferred.

✦   Experience with healthcare or large enterprise programs preferred.

✦   Data analysis and modeling experience in CRM systems preferred.

Additional Details:

✦   Salary range: $120,000 – $130,000 per year. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off, and Federal Holidays.
