Job Responsibilities:

✦   Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Salesforce Media Cloud functional designs and solution documentation. Configure and implement Salesforce Media Cloud features including Order Management, Revenue Cloud, and advertising sales workflows. Design and maintain data models, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and permission sets. Lead and participate in workshops, sprint reviews, and stakeholder demos. Support integration design between Salesforce and third-party media platforms. Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing. Create functional specifications, process flows, and user stories. Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations. Collaborate with developers on Apex, LWC, and API-based customizations.

Job Requirements:

✦   4+ years of Salesforce CRM implementation experience and 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Media Cloud or Communications Cloud. Strong understanding of media industry processes such as ad sales and campaign management. Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud. Experience with OmniStudio including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. Familiarity with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation tools. Experience writing user stories and functional documentation. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Salesforce certifications preferred.
