✦   Automate processes using Apex, batch classes, and triggers to enhance system performance.

✦   Provide deployment support, system enhancements, and day-to-day support.

✦   Configure Email-to-Case for efficient customer support management.

✦   Specialize in Copado for Salesforce DevOps, focusing on Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).

✦   Serve as Release Manager using Copado, deploying CPQ components, and proficient in metadata and data migration deployment in Copado.

✦   Implement and configure Conga Composer to streamline document generation.

✦   Execute DocuSign implementation and configuration for secure electronic signature processes.

✦   Manage basic billing operations and invoicing using Salesforce Billing.

✦   Enhance approval processes and billing functionalities.

✦   Perform PMD fixes on Salesforce test classes and Apex classes to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
