Job Responsibilities:
✦ Design, develop, and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC) including hierarchy-wide roster explorer components using GraphQL wire adapters and tree grid patterns.
✦ Develop and optimize Apex classes including Batch, Queueable, and Schedulable Apex and triggers for high-volume automation.
✦ Write bulkified SOQL queries to traverse account hierarchies and support governance rule validation.
✦ Build and extend Salesforce Flows including Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Approval Orchestrations.
✦ Implement governance rules engine using Custom Metadata Types to enforce roster and account ownership rules.
✦ Collaborate with Solution Architects on data model enhancements and scalability design decisions.
✦ Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
✦ Troubleshoot defects, optimize performance, and ensure code meets Salesforce governor limits and test coverage requirements.
Job Requirements:
✦ 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
✦ Salesforce Certified Platform Developer required.
✦ Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator required.
✦ Strong experience with Lightning Web Components including lifecycle hooks and wire adapters.
✦ Deep proficiency in Apex including Batch, Queueable, Schedulable, and Trigger frameworks.
✦ Experience writing complex SOQL queries across large datasets and object hierarchies.
✦ Experience building Salesforce Flows including Screen and Record-Triggered Flows.
✦ Experience with Custom Metadata Types and configurable architecture patterns.
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce security model including roles, permissions, and sharing rules.
✦ Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce orgs with large data volumes.
✦ Experience with Agile development and technical documentation.
