Job Responsibilities:

✦   Provide Salesforce administration and development support across Sales and Support processes.

✦   Manage and configure Salesforce Lightning, custom objects, reports, workflows, assignment rules, Process Builder, and Flows.

✦   Support production environments with troubleshooting and issue resolution.

✦   Work on Salesforce development using Apex and Visualforce.

✦   Support data management using tools such as Data Loader and Workbench.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and maintain system stability.

✦   Work within Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 6 years of Salesforce platform experience.

✦   At least 4 years of Salesforce production support experience.

✦   At least 2 years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong understanding of Sales and Support processes.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Administration including Lightning, flows, workflows, and security model.

✦   Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Agentforce is required.

✦   Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

✦   Experience with Jira and Confluence.

✦   Must have Salesforce Administrator certification and Advanced Administrator certification.

✦   Platform App Builder certification is a plus.
