Job Responsibilities:

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues related to Salesforce applications, including complex configurations.

✦   Analyze and diagnose root causes for issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams and implement long-term solutions.

✦   Handle system configurations, upgrades, and patches to ensure seamless operations.

✦   Manage integrations between Expensify, Salesforce, and other third-party systems.

✦   Act as subject matter expert for Salesforce providing technical expertise for problem resolution.

✦   Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and database teams to resolve system issues and integrations.

✦   Implement system enhancements, upgrades, patches, and fixes with minimal business disruption.

✦   Maintain and improve Salesforce security configurations ensuring compliance with best practices.

✦   Conduct root cause analysis on critical incidents and develop preventive measures.

✦   Assist in data migration tasks and troubleshoot data integrity, reporting, and query issues.

✦   Support Level 1 and Level 2 teams for improved resolution efficiency.

Job Requirements:

✦   4+ years of experience in Level 2 or Level 3 technical support with strong Salesforce focus.

✦   Proficiency in Salesforce administration including customizations, automation, and integrations.

✦   Experience with API integrations and troubleshooting synchronization issues.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce security, roles, permissions, and compliance.

✦   Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes.

✦   Knowledge of Java, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Apex.

✦   Experience with system architecture, data migration, and enterprise application support.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Good communication and documentation skills.

✦   Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
