Job Responsibilities:

✦   Oversee the full user lifecycle, including provisioning, deactivation, assignment of roles/profiles, and permission sets.

✦   Design and maintain the role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

✦   Perform regular user access reviews and audits.

✦   Implement and uphold a least privilege access model.

✦   Establish a role hierarchy aligned with the organizational structure.

✦   Manage record-level visibility using Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD), role hierarchy, and sharing rules.

✦   Ensure sensitive information is protected and accessible only to authorized users.

✦   Ensure adherence to SOC and SOX controls.

✦   Monitor and enforce data security policies, including field-level security and object access.

✦   Support audits by providing documentation and evidence.

✦   Maintain audit trails, conduct login monitoring, and perform security health checks.

✦   Implement IP restrictions, MFA policies, and session security configurations.

✦   Track and optimize Salesforce governor limits.

✦   Collaborate with development teams for scalable and compliant solutions.

✦   Manage change management and release processes.

✦   Create automations using Flows and Process Builder.

✦   Utilize Python scripting for reporting, automation, or integrations.

✦   Support integrations with AWS-based services.

✦   Prepare reports and dashboards on user activity and compliance metrics.

✦   Monitor system performance and identify risks with mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

✦   Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Salesforce Administration.

✦   Strong expertise in user management, including profiles, roles, and permission sets.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce security frameworks.

✦   Understanding of governor limits and platform constraints.

✦   Experience supporting SOC and SOX audits and compliance initiatives.

✦   Familiarity with Salesforce setup, reporting, and dashboard capabilities.

✦   Experience in regulated industries such as Finance or Healthcare (preferred).

✦   Hands-on knowledge of AWS services such as S3, IAM, and Lambda (preferred).

✦   Basic proficiency in Python scripting (preferred).

✦   Experience with Salesforce Shield components, IAM technologies (SSO, OAuth, SAML), DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset, and Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs (preferred).
