Job Responsibilities:
✦ Perform core administration tasks across the Salesforce ecosystem, including user management, security maintenance, and custom configurations using Flow.
✦ Design, build, and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns and customer journeys using SFMC tools like Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
✦ Manage synchronization of data between Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to maintain data integrity and unified customer view.
✦ Create and manage data extensions for segmentation and targeting.
✦ Develop reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to track campaign performance and marketing metrics.
✦ Deployment and testing using Git, sandboxes, and production environments to ensure functionality and integrations are fit for purpose.
✦ Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, and Business Analysts to validate requirements and solutions.
✦ Translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions.
✦ Integrate and maintain business applications such as Formstack, Survey Monkey, SMS Magic, and RIO.
✦ Raise, monitor, and resolve support cases with Salesforce Support.
✦ Assist with Salesforce Service Desk tickets from business and IT users.
✦ Follow Salesforce best practices and maintain documentation.
✦ Support integrations across systems with IT and development teams.
Job Requirements:
✦ Salesforce certifications such as Platform Administrator, Platform Developer, and preferably Platform Administrator II.
✦ Experience with Salesforce administration tasks including user setup, profiles, permissions, object and field management.
✦ Familiarity with Flow and process automation tools.
✦ Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud modules including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Content Builder.
✦ Experience with data extensions and Contact Builder in Marketing Cloud.
✦ Experience integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud using Marketing Cloud Connect.
✦ Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SQL for email and marketing automation.
✦ Experience with third-party integrations like Formstack and SMS Magic is advantageous.
✦ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for technical and data issues.
