Job Responsibilities:
✦ Administer and support Salesforce environment including user permissions, data updates, and troubleshooting across Sales and Service Cloud.
✦ Build and maintain Salesforce solutions including flows, validation rules, and complex reports.
✦ Partner with internal teams to shape product roadmap and prioritize feature backlog.
✦ Analyze root causes of incidents and design scalable solutions.
✦ Drive user adoption and ensure data security, audit compliance, and platform governance.
Job Requirements:
✦ 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
✦ Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
✦ Experience working in sandbox environments and structured release processes.
✦ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✦ Ability to manage priorities and communicate with stakeholders.
✦ Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
✦ Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
