Job Responsibilities:
✦ Administer, configure, and implement Salesforce.com capabilities across the Digital Workflow Solution business.
✦ Identify and gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
✦ Communicate platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
✦ Manage and improve Salesforce data quality using rules and automation.
✦ Manage integrated applications and third-party tools such as Pardot, CPQ, and FinancialForce/Certinia.
Job Requirements:
✦ Minimum two years of Salesforce.com experience.
✦ Bachelor’s degree required.
✦ Salesforce Administrator certification completed or in progress.
✦ Proactive attitude toward platform enhancements.
✦ Ability to design scalable and best practice solutions.
✦ Strong relationship-building and stakeholder communication skills.
✦ Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
