Job Responsibilities:
✦ Support multiple Salesforce initiatives by configuring and maintaining the platform including objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and flows.
✦ Administer and enhance Salesforce functionality using declarative tools such as Flow.
✦ Assist in managing Salesforce CPQ including product configurations, pricing rules, and approval processes.
✦ Manage and support system integrations across platforms.
✦ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
✦ Improve user experience by configuring Lightning pages, dynamic forms, and layouts.
✦ Perform system testing to validate configurations and ensure data integrity.
✦ Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve bugs.
✦ Maintain data quality, security, and access controls.
✦ Document configurations, processes, and user guides.
✦ Assist with release management, deployments, and sandbox testing.
Job Requirements:
✦ 2–4 years of Salesforce administration experience.
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
✦ Experience with declarative automation tools such as Flow and Process Builder.
✦ Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ including product setup and pricing rules preferred.
✦ Working knowledge of data management practices including data imports and exports.
✦ Experience managing user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
✦ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
✦ Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into solutions.
✦ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
