Job Responsibilities:

✦   End-to-end ownership of Salesforce data hygiene, including quality and governance.

✦   Advocate and champion Salesforce data management best practices.

✦   Analyze large datasets and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.

✦   Define data ownership, stewardship, and governance models with business and technology leadership.

✦   Develop and implement Salesforce data hygiene metrics and standards.

✦   Identify root causes of poor data quality and recommend process improvements.

✦   Assess integrations and upstream/downstream impacts.

✦   Work with enterprise data ecosystems including ETL processes and data lakes/warehouses.

✦   Export, cleanse, and re-import Salesforce data using SOQL, Data Loader, and Microsoft Excel.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

✦   Salesforce.com Administrator certification desired.

✦   2+ years of application or production support experience.

✦   3+ years of experience applying systems analysis methodologies including requirements definition, data analysis, and data mapping.

✦   Proven ability to partner with business and technology teams to design scalable solutions.

✦   Strong passion for leveraging data strategically.

✦   Hands-on experience administering Salesforce using declarative tools.

✦   Experience contributing to large-scale Salesforce data hygiene initiatives.

✦   Strong data analytics background with experience analyzing large datasets.

✦   Ability to understand complex data relationships and flows.

✦   Strong communication skills for presenting analytical findings.

✦   Data quality expertise using Salesforce features such as duplicate rules, matching rules, validation rules, and automation.

✦   Experience with data governance practices.

✦   Familiarity with ETL processes, data lakes/warehouses, and analytics platforms such as Power BI.

✦   Experience using SOQL, Salesforce Data Loader, and Microsoft Excel tools.
