Job Responsibilities:
✦ Manage daily Salesforce administration, troubleshooting access, automation, workflows, and data integrity issues.
✦ Configure Salesforce features including objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, record types, Lightning pages, and Flows.
✦ Oversee user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.
✦ Support sandbox environment management, testing, and release deployments.
✦ Act as primary contact for Salesforce users via Slack and ticketing systems.
✦ Develop and maintain user documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
✦ Communicate system updates and process changes to support user adoption.
✦ Maintain data quality through imports, updates, audits, and cleanup activities.
✦ Build and manage reports and dashboards for operational insights.
✦ Assist with troubleshooting data flow and third-party integrations.
✦ Support Salesforce enhancement requests from requirements gathering through delivery and testing.
✦ Identify and implement improvements to workflows, automation, and processes.
✦ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce initiatives with business needs.
✦ Apply AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
✦ Minimum 2 years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting business users.
✦ Salesforce Platform Administrator certification required.
✦ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✦ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
✦ Deep understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, and data model design.
✦ Hands-on experience with Lightning Experience configuration, validation rules, formulas, and Flows.
✦ Proficiency in user management and Salesforce security models.
✦ Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data management including deduplication and validation.
✦ Familiarity with sandbox environments, testing, and release management.
✦ Experience supporting third-party Salesforce integrations such as Outreach, Gong, or Ironclad.
✦ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
