Job Responsibilities:
✦ Perform daily administration and end-user support of Salesforce applications including user setup, roles, profiles, security, business rules, permission sets, objects, fields, record types, page layouts, formulas, validations, reports, and dashboards.
✦ Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, configuration, and user guides.
✦ Assist CRM development team with assigned projects.
✦ Perform data imports, data integrity checks, and data manipulation tasks.
✦ Follow development best practices and test configuration changes in sandbox before deployment.
✦ Identify and remove unused fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and objects to reduce technical debt.
✦ Maintain data quality by identifying and resolving duplicate or inaccurate records.
✦ Monitor security practices including login activity, user access, and permissions.
✦ Install and maintain managed and unmanaged packages.
✦ Manage configuration changes and maintain source code repository.
✦ Support production issues and participate in incident resolution.
✦ Work with Salesforce support for platform-related issues.
✦ Provide Tier 3 support for escalated IT issues.
Job Requirements:
✦ Certified Salesforce Developer and Certified Salesforce Administrator required.
✦ Minimum 2 years of experience administering Salesforce in mid to large organizations (500+ users).
✦ Experience with Apex Data Loader or similar data migration tools.
✦ Knowledge of Salesforce security model including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permissions.
✦ Experience with Salesforce.com and Force.com development using Apex and Visualforce.
✦ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✦ Experience with integration of Salesforce with internal and external systems.
✦ Understanding of SDLC and release/change management processes.
✦ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✦ Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks.
