Job Responsibilities:

✦   Implement solutions across Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Mobile/Field applications, as applicable

✦   Configure and customize Salesforce: research, design, develop, test, implement, and manage product solutions

✦   Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business partners to translate requirements into technical solutions

✦   Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (e.g., Mulesoft)

✦   Support production systems, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage technical debt

✦   Participate in design reviews and contribute to platform standards, reusable components, and best practices

✦   Provide technical guidance and informal leadership to other engineers on the team

✦   Provide user support and timely issue resolution

✦   Support data management and integrity

✦   Responsible for upgrade planning and execution

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and work experience

✦   10+ years of experience as a software developer with 5+ years of experience in Consumer Goods Cloud and Retail Execution app

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification

✦   Experience with Consumer Goods Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Mobile Retail Execution App

✦   Enterprise integration experience (Mulesoft preferred)

✦   Exposure to large-scale user bases and mission-critical platforms

✦   Experience supporting field sales, merchandising, or DSD-related solutions

✦   Experience in DevOps and Agile technology environments
