Job Responsibilities:
✦ Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator for GCX use cases, owning configuration, optimization, and day-to-day platform support.
✦ Administer and enhance Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities) portals for external customers and partners.
✦ Configure and maintain Certinia (FinancialForce) modules supporting project, resource, and PSA workflows.
✦ Own and optimize Service Cloud including case management, routing logic, escalation rules, SLA milestones, and Knowledge management.
✦ Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party tools such as CS tools, Pendo, Jira, and telephony/CTI systems.
✦ Implement declarative automation using Flow, approval processes, assignment rules, and validation rules.
✦ Design dashboards and reports for leadership visibility into customer health, case trends, and operational metrics.
✦ Manage user administration including roles, profiles, permission sets, groups, and sharing rules.
✦ Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
✦ Own GCX Salesforce roadmap including automation and process improvements.
✦ Coordinate with enterprise Salesforce team for governance, security, sandboxing, and release management.
✦ Maintain documentation, training materials, and change communications.
✦ Monitor and improve data quality using validation and deduplication rules.
Job Requirements:
✦ 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
✦ Strong experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Communities).
✦ Experience with Salesforce CRM, Certinia (FinancialForce), and Service Cloud required.
✦ Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow, approval processes, validation rules, and automation tools.
✦ Experience in managing Experience Cloud portals in B2B environments.
✦ Salesforce Administrator certification required.
✦ Experience with dashboards and reporting for leadership decision-making.
✦ Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi preferred.
✦ Understanding of SQL, SOQL, and Data Loader for data management.
✦ Basic understanding of Apex, Visualforce, or LWC preferred.
✦ Experience with DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset preferred.
✦ Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
✦ Experience in SaaS, fintech, or order-to-cash environments preferred.
✦ Knowledge of AI tools like Einstein or Agentforce is a plus.
