Job Responsibilities:
✦ Perform Salesforce administration tasks including field and object configuration, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and basic flow updates under the direction of the Senior Salesforce Administrator.
✦ Execute platform changes according to specifications provided by the US-based Salesforce Administration team following governance processes.
✦ Manage user administration including account creation, deactivation, profile and permission set assignments, and license tracking.
✦ Support sandbox refreshes, data loads, and change set deployments.
✦ Maintain platform documentation including configuration logs, field inventories, and release notes.
✦ Triage and resolve Tier 1 Salesforce support requests and escalate complex issues as needed.
✦ Assist with data quality tasks including duplicate identification, hygiene reports, and validation rule updates.
✦ Support internal initiatives and projects as requested.
Job Requirements:
✦ 1–2 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
✦ Salesforce Administrator certification required or in progress.
✦ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
✦ Foundational knowledge of Salesforce including objects, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and user management.
✦ Experience with Sales Cloud required.
✦ Exposure to Service Cloud or Experience Cloud is a plus.
✦ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
