Job Responsibilities:
✦ Perform Salesforce administration tasks including field and object configuration, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and basic flow updates.
✦ Execute platform changes under guidance of senior Salesforce administrators and US-based teams following governance processes.
✦ Manage user administration including account creation, deactivation, profile and permission set assignments, and license tracking.
✦ Support sandbox refreshes, data loads, and change set deployments.
✦ Maintain platform documentation including configuration logs, field inventories, and release notes.
✦ Triage and resolve Tier 1 Salesforce support requests and escalate complex issues.
✦ Assist with data quality tasks including duplicate identification, hygiene reports, and validation rule support.
✦ Participate in company initiatives and projects as required.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
✦ 2–4 years of Salesforce Administration experience required.
✦ Salesforce Administrator certification required or in progress.
✦ Foundational knowledge of Salesforce standard objects, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and user management.
✦ Experience with Sales Cloud required; exposure to Service Cloud or Experience Cloud is a plus.
✦ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
✦ Ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
