Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and implement solutions across Consumer Goods Cloud, Experience Cloud, and mobile/field applications.

✦   Configure, customize, test, and deploy Salesforce features and product enhancements.

✦   Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions alongside product managers, architects, and internal partners.

✦   Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (such as MuleSoft).

✦   Support production environments, troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and manage technical debt.

✦   Participate in design reviews and help establish platform standards, best practices, and reusable components.

✦   Provide technical guidance and informal mentorship to engineering peers.

✦   Support users with troubleshooting, training, and issue resolution.

✦   Maintain strong data integrity and manage data governance processes.

✦   Plan and execute Salesforce upgrades and release cycles.

✦   Work within Agile, SDLC, and DevOps-oriented environments (CI/CD, automation, version control).

✦   Partner with third-party vendors to resolve integration or functionality issues.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

✦   10+ years of software development experience.

✦   5+ years of hands-on work with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud & Retail Execution.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.

✦   Experience with Consumer Goods Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Mobile Retail Execution App.

✦   Strong enterprise integration background (middleware experience preferred).

✦   Experience supporting large user groups and mission-critical environments.

✦   Background supporting field sales, merchandising, or DSD-focused tools.

✦   Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments is a plus.
