Job Responsibilities:
✦ Support day-to-day administration and operation of Salesforce-related processes and workflows.
✦ Work with partners to support and improve the Salesforce system.
✦ Drive CRM standard processes to improve adoption and customer experience.
✦ Provide development support for senior segment administrators.
✦ Build reports and dashboards.
✦ Maintain data quality through audits and coordination with data owners.
✦ Gather requirements, configure, and document new features.
✦ Perform system testing for changes and updates.
✦ Train end users on new and existing features.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
✦ One or more Salesforce certifications.
✦ 2+ years experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in Lightning environment.
✦ Experience in sales or customer care preferred.
✦ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
✦ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✦ Ability to convert requirements into Jira user stories.
✦ Good English communication and presentation skills.
✦ Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
