Job Responsibilities:
✦ Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
✦ Configure and optimize Salesforce including user management, security settings, flows, approval processes, and data management.
✦ Manage CPQ and Billing configurations.
✦ Improve data quality, system performance, and process automation.
✦ Ensure integrations between Salesforce and business systems (e.g., LeanData, Dialpad, DataLoader, LinkedIn Navigator).
✦ Monitor system health and reduce technical debt.
✦ Support testing, release planning, and documentation.
✦ Promote continuous learning and platform improvement.
Job Requirements:
✦ 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
✦ Experience with Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing.
✦ Strong Salesforce configuration skills including flows, validation rules, roles, dashboards, and custom objects.
✦ Experience with Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader and SOQL.
✦ Understanding of lead-to-quote workflows and sales lifecycle.
✦ Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
✦ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
✦ Ability to work in Agile environments.
