Job Responsibilities:
✦ Own Salesforce data hygiene including quality and governance.
✦ Advocate Salesforce data management best practices.
✦ Analyze large datasets and provide actionable recommendations.
✦ Define data ownership, stewardship, and governance models with leadership.
✦ Develop and implement data hygiene metrics and standards.
✦ Identify root causes of poor data quality and recommend improvements.
✦ Assess integrations and upstream/downstream impacts.
✦ Work with enterprise data ecosystems including ETL processes and analytics platforms.
✦ Export, cleanse, and re-import Salesforce data using SOQL, Data Loader, and Excel.
✦ Create documentation including solution designs and user guides.
✦ Collaborate with business users, technology partners, and leadership.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
✦ Salesforce.com Administrator certification desired.
✦ 2+ years of application or production support experience.
✦ 3+ years of experience applying systems analysis methodologies including requirements definition, data analysis, and data mapping.
✦ Hands-on experience administering Salesforce using declarative tools.
✦ Experience with large-scale Salesforce data hygiene initiatives.
✦ Strong data analytics background with large datasets.
✦ Understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling.
✦ Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
✦ Experience working with structured and semi-structured data.
✦ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
✦ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
✦ Ability to create clear documentation.
