Salesforce Administrator – FSC (Financial Services Cloud)
Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

✦   Configure objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and page layouts.

✦   Maintain householding, financial account structures, goals, interactions, and client profiles.

✦   Support AI configuration for automated workflows, reminders, document processes, and advisor tasking.

✦   Assist with data quality, deduplication, record merges, and compliance-required updates.

✦   Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 user support to advisors, operations, and leadership.

✦   Participate in testing, releases, and environment management.

✦   Ensure security and compliance alignment with banking standards.

Job Requirements:

✦   Hands-on administration experience with Salesforce FSC – highly desired.

✦   Familiarity with Practifi AI configuration – highly desired.

✦   Understanding of wealth management roles, terminology, and service models.

✦   Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

✦   Experience working in regulated environments.
