Job Responsibilities:

✦   Build and maintain complex automation using Salesforce Flows to streamline business processes.

✦   Act as a bridge between the tech team and the wider business, ensuring every technical solution is built with a clear stakeholder focus.

✦   Maintain a “boots on the ground” approach by regularly talking to users to identify pain points and proactively suggest improvements.

✦   Support the architectural team in maintaining clean data flows, specifically understanding how Salesforce interacts with the broader ecosystem.

Job Requirements:

✦   Proven experience as a Salesforce Admin with a heavy emphasis on Flows.

✦   Exposure to or a strong desire to master Agentforce.

✦   Experience in a Retail environment is essential to understanding the specific data and customer cycles.

✦   Understanding of how data moves between Salesforce, MuleSoft, and NetSuite.

✦   Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

✦   High reliability, technical curiosity, and a reputation for getting things done.

✦   Ability to thrive in an environment where priorities can shift.
