Job Responsibilities:
✦ Manage incident and service request resolution, ensuring timely and effective support.
✦ Administer user access, roles, profiles, and permissions in line with governance standards.
✦ Perform data maintenance and ensure strong data quality and governance practices.
✦ Configure Salesforce features including workflows, flows, validation rules, dashboards, reports, and approval processes.
✦ Support release and deployment activities through structured change and release processes.
✦ Monitor platform performance and ensure system stability and optimisation.
✦ Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and maintain clear communication.
✦ Maintain documentation, track issues, and ensure appropriate escalation where required.
✦ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and resolve complex issues.
Job Requirements:
✦ Experienced Salesforce Administrator with proven hands-on platform experience.
✦ Certified Salesforce Administrator (Advanced certification preferred).
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, administration, and system maintenance.
✦ Proficient in user and licence management, security settings, and access control.
✦ Knowledgeable in Salesforce products and functionalities.
✦ Effective communicator with the ability to interact with business stakeholders and end users.
✦ Skilled in managing expectations and providing clear support and issue resolution.
✦ Comfortable working in cross-functional environments with both technical and non-technical teams.
✦ Educated to degree level in computer science or a related technical discipline (preferred).
