Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and implement Agentforce solutions including AI agents, workflows, and automation.

✦   Build and configure Einstein AI, Copilot, Prompt Builder, and Agentforce Studio.

✦   Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builder.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Create intelligent conversational flows and automation for customer service and sales use cases.

✦   Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable AI-driven solutions.

✦   Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and performance.

✦   Troubleshoot and optimize existing Agentforce and Salesforce implementations.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows & Automation.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Copilot Studio.

✦   Experience with Prompt Builder and Data Cloud preferred.

✦   Experience in building chatbots or AI-driven conversational interfaces.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.

✦   Strong understanding of API integrations using REST and SOAP.

✦   Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, NLP, and automation frameworks.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as PD1, PD2, AI Specialist, or Administrator preferred.
