Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop, test and integrate applications, frameworks and tools in a controlled environment.

✦   Responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management or technical application management of client-specific package based solutions.

✦   Build custom Salesforce applications using APEX code.

✦   Implement Agentforce including building and deploying agents, configuring prompts and actions, integrating with flows/apex/APIs and supporting real-world business cases in production environments.

✦   Developing custom applications and performing unit testing using Salesforce.com APEX and Visualforce pages.

✦   Performing data migration using Salesforce data loading tools.

✦   Designing and developing functionalities and web integration using Apex.

✦   Using Force.com IDE to deploy and migrate applications.

✦   Creating process and business flow diagrams, use cases, story boards, training documents and job aids.

✦   Supporting and maintaining the applications on Salesforce.com to ensure optimal performance.

Job Requirements:

✦   Applicable Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Agentforce Specialist).

✦   Prototyping of wireframes using CSS, HTML, Bootstrap and Visualforce.

✦   Experience in building custom user interfaces that required CSS, HTML, Bootstrap and Visualforce page development.

✦   Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies.

✦   Gathering, developing and analyzing business requirements for solution design on Salesforce.com.

✦   Utilizing object oriented programming and design concepts to advise clients on Salesforce.com solutions.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Agentforce implementation.

✦   Using Force.com IDE and Eclipse for development, testing and deployment.

✦   Leveraging Project Management Agile tools such as Jira or Rally.
