Job Responsibilities:
✦ Develop and maintain solutions using Salesforce CRM, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
✦ Build and manage AI agents in Agentforce.
✦ Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams in a support model.
✦ Work within Agile/SAFe methodologies and participate in ceremonies.
✦ Create and manage workflows, approvals, dashboards, custom objects, and reports.
✦ Integrate with IVR technologies such as AVAYA, CISCO, and chatbot systems.
Job Requirements:
✦ 5+ years of Salesforce Developer/Admin experience including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL.
✦ 1+ years of Lightning Web Component development experience.
✦ 5+ years programming experience in APEX, Core Java, and JavaScript.
✦ Experience with Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT; AutoRABIT preferred.
✦ Experience building AI agents using Agentforce.
✦ Experience in healthcare domain preferred.
✦ Experience working in Agile methodology; SAFe preferred.
✦ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
✦ Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification required.
✦ Agentforce Specialist certification required.
✦ Preferred experience with GitHub, RTC, and automation tools.
