Job Responsibilities:
✦ Develop and maintain custom Agentforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Flow.
✦ Create and optimize dialog flows, prompt templates, skills, and handoff logic using Agentforce tools and APIs.
✦ Integrate Agentforce with internal systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and Salesforce Connect.
✦ Implement platform-level features such as custom metadata types, platform events, and asynchronous processing.
✦ Ensure adherence to Salesforce security model and compliance standards including HIPAA.
✦ Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, design, and code reviews.
✦ Perform technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
✦ Implement analytics and logging strategies to monitor bot performance and user satisfaction.
✦ Support DevOps practices including SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Job Requirements:
✦ 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development including Apex, LWC, Flow, and SOQL/SOSL.
✦ 1+ years of experience building or supporting conversational bots (Agentforce or similar tools).
✦ Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, integration patterns, and governor limits.
✦ Strong understanding of conversational AI concepts including intents, NLU, and session management.
✦ Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous data handling.
✦ Familiarity with event-driven architecture, DevOps tools, and secure coding practices.
✦ Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
✦ Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
✦ Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification.
✦ Salesforce Platform Developer II certification preferred.
✦ Familiarity with Agentforce Console and Prompt Builder.
✦ Exposure to AI/ML lifecycle processes.
✦ Experience with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD tools.
