Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and deploy AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce framework with Flows, Apex, and Platform Events for end-to-end automation.

✦   Configure agent flows, prompts, grounding data, and orchestration logic.

✦   Enable use cases across Sales, Service Clouds and AWS Connect.

✦   Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM data, and external sources.

✦   Ensure context-aware responses using structured and unstructured data sources.

✦   Support real-time and batch data ingestion for AI grounding.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong Salesforce platform expertise (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, AWS Connect).

✦   Hands-on experience with Agentforce.

✦   Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, Data Cloud or similar CDP platforms.

✦   Experience with prompt engineering and conversational design.

✦   Experience in AI/ML lifecycle management and monitoring.
