Job Responsibilities:

✦   Build and integrate Einstein, GPT, and Salesforce AI capabilities into business workflows.

✦   Design agentic capabilities such as autonomous workflows, reasoning chains, dynamic task execution and contextual assistance within Salesforce apps.

✦   Develop LWC, Apex, Flows, and platform events to deliver AI-augmented user experiences.

✦   Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns and integrate external data sources for enhanced AI responses.

✦   Work with prompts, prompt templates, grounding strategies, embeddings, vector search, and knowledge augmentation.

✦   Implement, test, and refine AI copilots, AI assistants, service bots, and conversational experiences.

✦   Collaborate with architects to define AI governance, trust, safety, and responsible use guardrails.

✦   Build integrations with external AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

✦   Optimize performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI workflows and ensure alignment with business outcomes.

Job Requirements:

✦   4–8 years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows).

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce AI features including Einstein, GPT, Copilot Studio, Prompt Builder, and Model Builder.

✦   Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, or agentic frameworks.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with external APIs and AI platforms.

✦   Understanding of data modeling, security, and ethical considerations for AI-driven applications.

✦   Strong problem-solving abilities with an experimentation mindset.
