Job Responsibilities:

✦   Assess Airtable and Salesforce environments to design integration solutions.

✦   Design and configure integration between Airtable and Salesforce.

✦   Map meeting and activity data into Salesforce objects and reporting structures.

✦   Ensure meeting activity is tracked in Salesforce dashboards and reports.

✦   Build or configure workflows, automations, and integrations using APIs or middleware tools.

✦   Review Airtable workflows and Salesforce data models.

✦   Create field mappings and sync logic between systems.

✦   Configure Salesforce reports and dashboards.

✦   Troubleshoot sync issues and resolve data inconsistencies.

✦   Ensure data accuracy, scalability, and reliability.

✦   Create documentation and provide implementation support and handoff.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong Salesforce Admin and/or Developer experience.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms.

✦   Hands-on experience with Airtable automations and APIs.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce reports and dashboards.

✦   Experience with workflow automation and data mapping.

✦   Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.

✦   Experience designing scalable integration solutions.
