Salesforce AMS Support Consultant
Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

✦   Provide end-to-end Salesforce AMS support.

✦   Resolve user issues and service requests within SLA.

✦   Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

✦   Coordinate with business users and technical teams.

✦   Support enhancements, deployments, and testing activities.

Job Requirements:

✦   4–6 years of experience in Salesforce application support and maintenance.

✦   Salesforce Administration and Support.

✦   Incident, Problem and Change Management.

✦   User Access Management.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.

✦   Data Management and Reporting.

✦   Experience with ticketing tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.

✦   User Training and Issue Resolution.

✦   Strong stakeholder communication skills.
