Job Requirements:
✦ 3 – 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.
✦ Understand functional requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
✦ Designs using standard patterns. Should also be able to communicate this effectively to the team.
✦ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✦ Analyse and identify gaps in functional/business requirements and should be able to effectively communicate this to both Business and Functional analysts.
✦ Experience in configuring core Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud).
✦ Familiarity with declarative tools (Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules, etc.).
✦ Solid understanding of data modelling, governance, and security within Salesforce.
✦ Should be able to assess the impact on technical designs caused by changes in functional requirements.
✦ Should be able to perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed.
✦ Experience in Salesforce.com Development environments (VS Code).
✦ Knowledgeable in Apex, Visual force, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, SFDX.
✦ Experience integrating Salesforce with external AI APIs and managing custom AI deployments within CRM processes.
✦ Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein features, AI-driven insights, and bot configuration.
✦ Hands-on experience leveraging Salesforce Agentforce capabilities to drive automation.
✦ Ability to configure and optimize workflows that integrate Agentforce automation with human agent processes.
✦ Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification (or equivalent experience).
✦ Salesforce.com Platform Developer certifications.
✦ Salesforce.com Domain Certifications.
✦ BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university.
