Job Responsibilities:

✦   Architect end-to-end Provider Network Management (PNM) solutions including provider enrollment, credentialing, contracts, and network setup aligned with Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities.

✦   Design and extend PNM data models using standard Salesforce objects.

✦   Lead solution design using Vlocity/OmniStudio tools such as OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.

✦   Provide architectural guidance ensuring scalability and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

✦   Collaborate with business, provider operations, and engineering teams to deliver compliant healthcare solutions.

✦   Conduct solution design workshops and provide technical leadership across delivery teams.

Job Requirements:

✦   10–15 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce.

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Provider Network Management (PNM).

✦   Advanced expertise in Vlocity/OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).

✦   Strong Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration skills.

✦   Experience in API design, security, system integration, and event-driven architecture.

✦   Understanding of healthcare provider lifecycle processes.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, OmniStudio Consultant/Developer, or Health Cloud are preferred.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR) is a plus.
