Salesforce Application Developer – Customer Success
Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and develop Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions using Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes (Batch, Queueable, Future).

✦   Build highly interactive and responsive UIs using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Customize and configure Sales Cloud features including Leads, Accounts, Opportunity Management, Contacts, Quotes, Territory Management, and Forecasting.

✦   Enhance platform capabilities through configuration and customization of Service Cloud focusing on Case Management, Omni-Channel, SLA, Entitlements, and CPQ processes.

✦   Translate business requirements into technical designs and functional solutions.

✦   Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems such as Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Marketo, and ERP systems.

✦   Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governor limits.

✦   Write Apex unit tests maintaining high code coverage.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development and production environments.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate technical solutions and design trade-offs.

✦   Support deployments, release management, and post-production support.

✦   Work in an Agile environment.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

✦   3+ years of experience in software engineering and Salesforce platform development.

✦   Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, triggers, controllers, SOQL, batch and future patterns.

✦   Experience with full-cycle Salesforce implementations across Sales and Service Cloud including configuration, customization, implementation, and data migration.

✦   Hands-on experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

✦   Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines such as Copado and Git.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce best practices, metadata APIs, and governor limits.

✦   Experience with Customer Success platforms like Gainsight or ChurnZero is a plus.

✦   Knowledge of CPQ, Advanced Approvals, Experience Cloud, and related tools is a plus.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.

✦   Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Consultant certification required.

✦   Platform App Builder certification preferred.
